The Erasmus ribbon was developed based on scientifically sound findings.
The band leaves the back of the pelvis free and only applies pressure to the lower lumbar vertebrae and the front of the pelvis.
By applying pressure to the back of the thighs, lifting the legs while running is optimally supported.
The Erasmus ligament presses both the front and back of the pelvic ring against each other.
