KegelSmart™ 2 features five progressive levels, each with an exercise routine perfectly suited to your strength level. The advanced technology registers your pelvic floor strength and automatically adjusts the exercise level to your needs. Simply follow the vibration-controlled program; all you have to do is contract when it vibrates and rest when it stops. In less than 5 minutes, you'll have completed an expert-developed pelvic floor workout.

In case you're wondering what's different from the first generation of the device, the new KegelSmart™ 2 doesn't require batteries - it's fully rechargeable and comes with a charging cable.

How to check your level:

Whenever you activate KegelSmart ™ 2, a flashing LED light indicates your level achieved – 1 flash for Level 1 up to 5 flashes for Level 5. This gives you information about your progress whenever you want.
