Application:
Apply a small amount of Lavilin (the size of a grain of rice) thinly and lightly into the hollow of the foot and between the toes - not to the entire sole.

Showering, bathing or swimming does not limit the effectiveness of the product.
If you don't use deodorant for 24 hours beforehand, the effect can be accelerated.
